Everything you need is already here! Satellite TV in in each room, free wi-fi, charcoal grill, games, dock access, newly renovated kitchen with all cooking utensils, and central air. Plus, you won't find a better view!
The Space:
Leave your car and your cares at the marina because Little Gasparilla is accessible only by water taxi! That means our beaches are uncrowded and tourists and traffic are just a mainland memory. If you are looking for a quiet tropical island to relax and unplug, Little Gasparilla is your dream vacation spot. Our "nightlife" consists of giant sea turtles laying their eggs -- our only bar is the sand bar where you can find sand dollars and shells!
Point Break features a spacious open air porch overlooking the beach PLUS a screen porch facing south with dramatic views and comfortable spots for outdoor seating and dining.
Inside, the kitchen is newly renovated with stone countertops and new stainless appliances. The view from the kitchen sink is worth doing dishes for, though the home has a new dishwasher! Two bedrooms offer queen size beds and the bathroom has double sinks for plenty of room for everyone. There are also two hammocks beneath the house, overlooking the beach, for the ultimate in relaxation!
Stop and get your groceries and park your car at Eldred's Marina and take the water taxi to your semi private dock. From there just a few steps to Point Break Beach House. You will enjoy an almost private beach with all the shelling, snorkeling, nature walks, world class fishing and white sand beaches. 8 golf courses within 10 mins. Kayak rentals, canoe, and jet ski rentals near by. At the end of the day, kick back and relax, on the direct oceanview deck, enjoy a cold beverage and watch a one of a kind LGI sunset.

PLEASE NOTE: We include all children in our occupancy count. We do require that two members of each group must be over 25 years of age. We apologize, but we can NOT rent to college groups as a courtesy to the homeowners and our island neighbors. Guests will be evicted if found not to meet age requirements upon check in. Additionally, we can not exceed capacity in island homes due to the fragile septic systems.
Other Things to Note:
Please evaluate your expectations before booking a stay on Little Gasparilla Island. If you are expecting a polished "resort" atmosphere, Little Gasparilla is decidedly more rustic. During periods of heavy rain or tropical storms, there may be standing water on the roadways, at the dock and around the house. This is a tropical environment with mosquitos, rust, power outages and other minor inconveniences. If you are expecting resort amenities and services, the island might not be for you.
